When AI coding assistants became mainstream in 2023-2024, the disconnect became even more glaring. Companies were banning AI in interviews while requiring candidates to use AI on the job. It made no sense.
We started Xebot to fix this. Our platform lets candidates work with AI tools during assessments, just like they would in real work. We measure what matters: how well they collaborate with AI, debug issues, and deliver working solutions.
